| Thank you for your interest in the Rouse Family History Group!
The Rouse Family History Group is a one-name research group for genealogists who are researching the surname Rouse (No matter what lineage) and variants of the surname (Such as, Rausche, Rowse, Roux, Rous). We will welcome anyone interested in helping others while also getting the opportunity to talk to people who may be researching the same line, getting help for their own research and find great links to resources and be able to talk shop! There are over 80 Members from multiple countries who have joined the Rouse Family History Group! This page is to give those who would like to be invited into the group an easy way to join! In order to join you will need to type in your e-mail address and click the button in the box below. You will then be taken to a page where you will complete a form. In the "Comment to Owner" section please include your Rouse Ancestor, time period and place: NOTE: After you subscribe you will be sent an e-mail message right away that you will need to read and reply to as part of the application process. This is now required for membership to make sure people who are applying for membership are doing so for the right reasons. There is a small waiting period for people joining, as they have to be approved by the group moderator. Special Tip for New and Potential Members: If you do not make a Yahoo account when you sign up, you will be signed up for the e-mail newsletter. In order to be able to log into the web-based version of the Rouse Family History Group (website), you will need to make a Yahoo! account. When setting up your Yahoo account, you will need to make sure that your primary e-mail address is linked to your Yahoo! account. Otherwise you will have to check your Yahoo! e-mail account for the newsletters from the Group. For type of Message Delivery, select "Daily Digest" to cut down on the amount of e-mail you recieve from the group. This way you will only get one e-mail with all messages/files in one day (If there are messages or files posted that day).
